Costa Rica has 446 direct flights to Europe and rest of America

This month's inauguration by Lufthansa means that a record 446 direct flights a week are linking San José, Costa Rica to Europe and the rest of the Americas.

Of the total, 423 of the flights are commercial, the others are charter.
