Costa Rica has high hopes for WTO meeting
The Costa Rican minister for foreign trade, Anabel González, said she is optimistic that a World Trade Organization board members' meeting, to be held in December, will allow the international body to reinitiate Doha Agreement talks.

The minister also said she will present Costa Rica's stance on agriculture, trade and development, the three major topics to be discussed at the meeting.
