Costa Rica has resources for first-class highways

Costa Rica has the resources to build first-class highways through bank trusts, Costa Rican newspaper La República reported.

There are currently $820 million available in trusts, mainly with State-owned banks, which grow at a rate of $340 million per year.

The amount would allow the Government to fund the construction of several projects, such as the highways to San Ramón, Limón and San Carlos.
