The Costa Rican government aims to invite bids for a feasibility study for a new urban rail service for the capital, San Jose.
The aim is to build a modern light train on an existing 80-kilometer railroad. The study will include the type of project envisaged and the financial costs involved.
The possible options would invoice an overhead train that would be the fastest but also the most expensive.
