Costa Rica leads Latin America in high-tech sales

Costa Rica is the leader in Latin America in sales of products of the high-technology industry.

The country is prominent in software, aerospace, aeronautics and clean energy.

Mexico, Brazil and El Salvador trail behind Costa Rica as Latin American leaders of technology exports.
