Costa Rica leaves the competition in its wake

 

Costa Rican exports have become more competitive in the last year, with price reductions that compare favorably with its Central, American neighbors.

Last month, Costa Rica reduced its prices by 2 percent compared with the same month a year earlier, while the rest of the region raised its prices.
