Costa Rica needs more services professionals

Costa Rica's challenge for next year is to add more professional and technical employees to its outsourcing sector, Costa Rican daily La República reported.

However, the country is still among the leaders in the region in that sector, and its performance has led it to be the host of this year's Latin America Outsourcing Summit.

But the country still needs to boost development in universities and technical colleges, in order to maintain its current competitiveness in the sector which now accounts for 6 percent of Costa Rica's economy.
