Costa Rica: outsourcing hub

For outsourcing services, Costa Rica this year is the eleventh best country in the world and first in the Americas, according to Tholons consultancy.

San Jose leads a total of 25 Latin American cities, including several in the region, which improved their standing.

Guatemala City moved up 13 spots compared to 2013.

Nicaragua for its part moved up four points.

Panama appears on the list for the first time.

Costa Rica also improved, moving up from 13th position a year earlier.
