Costa Rica promises cheaper electricity for industry

Companies in Costa Rica that consume more than 1 million kilowatt-hours per month will be eligible to pay a reduced rate approved by the regulatory agency, Aresep.

The Aresep said that industrial customers of the state power company, ICE, approving $0.10 for the medium voltage service.
