Costa Rica's Alvarado visits Washington in quest for investments

In his first overseas visit as the president of Costa Rica, Carlos Alvarado has been looking for investors and environmental partners for the nation.

Alvarado has been having talks in Washington with political and business leaders as well as the economic authorities.
