Costa Rica's Dos Pinos buys Nevada factory

Costa Rica's Dos Pinos announced its acquisition of a Nevada factory and its related products.

Nevada used to belong to Cevecería Nacional, a subsidiary of SABMiller.

The sale of the Nevada factory was agreed in January for $86 million.
