Costa Rica's Gessa offers online trolley shopping

Grupo Gessa of Costa Rica launched a plan to persuade its customers to carry out their supermarket shopping by Internet.

The new plan is known as Carrito en Línea (Online Trolley). It allows the customers to make purchases in supermarkets such as Jumbo and Perimercados.

Shoppers can buy using credit or charge cards without having to register on the site.
