Costa Rica's ICE one step ahead of competition

Costa Rica's state-owned ICE took a step ahead of the competition by launching a test Fourth Generation, 4G service, in the capital, Costa Rican paper La República reported.

The areas chosen for the test were Escazú, Santa Ana, Sabana and Rohrmoser, due to the fact that they are the areas with most demand for cellular data services.

The service will initially be available with datacards, and subsequently with voice services.
