Costa Rica's industry seeks green growth

Costa Rica's industrial sector is seeking environmentally friendly growth.

The country hosted a congress which aimed to address challenges and opportunities for companies wishing to grow in a sustainable way.

The speakers at the congress said growth strategies should be focused on the consumption of energy, raw materials and water by improving efficiency, which would also help Costa Rica achieve its carbon neutral status goal for 2021.
