Costa Rica's infrastructure affects exports

Costa Rica's limited infrastructure capacity is affecting the country's exports, Costa Rican daily La República reported.

Business leaders met with government officials to discuss ways of improving roads, ports and air transport.

Among the solutions both sides agreed on were to modernize the port of Moín, expanding the cargo terminal at Daniel Oduber Airport and build roads that would allow exporters to transport merchandise to sea ports without going through the capital San José.
