Costa Rica's Netsys offers Internet with difference

Costa Rican company Netsys de Costa Rica competes in the Internet market with a difference -- upload and download speeds are the same.

Netsys, which launched operations a year and a half ago, now has national coverage.

The company uses microwave technology while its competitors use copper wire, 3G or Wimax.
