For 30 years, Japan has been cooperating with Costa Rica without any fanfare, developing projects in the environment, industry and society at large.
The emphasis has always been on sharing in all aspects of cooperation, ranging from technology transfer to friendly gatherings among volunteers and Costa Rican officials.
