Costa Rica sees multi-purpose building boom

Multi-purpose building developments, which house shops, entertainment, office and working spaces all in one, are seeing a boom in the Costa Rican real estate market.

The country is already number one in Central America in the sector, Costa Rican daily La República reported.

The main reason for their success is that the buildings offer investors more profitability.
