Costa Rica stars in Global Innovation Index

The 2017 Global Innovation Index shows that most countries in Latin America and the Caribbean could do much more to  to become a greater source of global intellectual production.

Chile, Costa Rica and Mexico were Latin America’s big winners in the 2017 edition of the Global Innovation Index, which ranks the world’s economies on their innovative capabilities and measurable results.
