Costa Rica to have swathe of free WiFi over much of country

The Connected Public Places project of Costa Rica aims to bring free access to much of the country. Some $32 million will back the project from the National Telecommunications Fund.

Progress will be made in stages. The first begins with a $3.5 million project next year.
