Costa Rica to invest in urban tourism

Costa Rica will aim to increase tourism to its capital city of San José.
The plan includes a makeover of the city center which would bring tourism inflows of up to $100 million a year, according to a study by Costa Rican daily La República.
The plan includes making the city's Bolívar park the anchor of the project, and boost visits to surrounding areas.
