Costa Rica to reactivate Port-City of Limon

Costa Rican President Luis Guillermo Solís has vowed to reactivate the Port-City of Limón project, Costa Rican daily La República reported.
The government is seeking new ways to finance the project due to a refusal from the World Bank to extend a credit for $72.5 million.
The project seeks to develop the city of Limón, on the country's Caribbean coast, as well as make a more efficient and modern container port.
