Costa Rica trade minister Anabel González lures investment in trip to North Carolina

Anabel González, Costa Rica's foreign trade minister, is visiting Charlotte, North Caroline where she is meeting with business groups and delivering a speech.

In an interview she said that Costa Rica has a proven track record of celebrated companies doing business in Costa Rica, such as Intel and Procter & Gamble.

"We also have a very talented workforce. We invest about 8 percent of our GDP in education," she said.
