Costa Rica war over pre-paid cellular plans

At least five companies are combatants in a war to win over the one million cellphone prepayment customers in Costa Rica.
The imminent arrival of Claro and Movistar has opened the doors to new alliances among distributors of airtime.
The companies offer raffles with prizes of up to a car. They also offer wide geographical spreads and additional services.
