Costa Rica welcomes record number of flights

Costa Rica is about to welcome a record number of arrival flights at the end of this year.

Eight airlines have sought permits to accommodate a total of 90 flights -- the equivalent of 11,000 new passengers -- per week.
The airlines are betting on Costa Rica’s good name in tourism and the country’s growing reputation in business.
