Costa Rica will be closer to Germany

Lufthansa will add a third weekly flight between Frankfurt and Juan Santamaría International Airport near San José, the Costa Rican Tourism Board announced.

The new offering will begin Oct. 27, using an Airbus A340-300 aircraft with capacity for 279 passengers, The Tico Times reports.
