Business people in Costa Rica have sent President Carlos Avarado a wish list for 2020 that includes a unified salary structure to cover all of the government and improve the efficiency of the public sector.
An improvement in the business climate is vital for the coming year, above all because the nation is beginning to emerge, little by little, from a complex stage in terms of productivity and necessary adjustments, La República reports.
