Costa Rican businesses see good fourth quarter

Costa Rican business leaders are expecting this year's last quarter to boost the country's economy, Costa Rican daily La República reported.

Agriculture, construction and trade are the sectors most optimistic about the last three months, and all see more jobs being created, according to a study by the University of Costa Rica.

"During this season, construction companies try to get projects ready to offer, as people receive holiday bonus payments," said Carlos Mora, director of Constructora del Este.
