Costa Rican coffee companies save environment

Four leading coffee companies in Costa Rica are processing their product in a much more environmentally friendly fashion.

Tostadora El Dorado, Café Rey, Café Maravilloso and Café Britt have introduced propane gas instead of diesel for their roasters.

The benefits of the change include savings in fuel and improvements in the final product.
