Costa Rican exporters and retailers angry over refusal to join TPP

Costa Rican exporters and retailers want the government to think again over its refusal to join the Trans-Pacific Partnership, better known as the TPP.

People in these sectors believe that Costa Rica's refusal means it is missing big opportunities that its competitors are happy to snap up.
