Costa Rican legislators go slow on Europe accord

Two Costa Rican congressmen are impeding the advancement of talks regarding the association accord between Central America and Europe, Costa Rican newspaper La República said.

They claim that dealing with an accord of this type should not be rushed.

Business leaders have already shown their anger towards the congressmen, claiming that they could save millions of dollars in sending products to Europe once the accord has come into effect.
