Costa Rican refinery plan wins financial green light

A project to build a refinery in the Costa Rican province of Limón has been ensured financial resources to continue.

The China Development Bank will fund $900 million of the $1.5 billion needed for the whole project.

The credit payment system will include a complex model which will be handled by the National Bank of Costa Rica.
