Costa Rican telecom packages boost small firms

 

Costa Rica’s teelecom companies are concentrating on packages for small businesses with voice, data and internet.

The most recent launch of such a service was made by Movistar and Huawei. That package is competing for one with Claro, the unit of América Móvil.
