Costa Rica's billion-dollar roads boost creates thousands of jobs

Construction and updating of highways is providing a kickstart to the Costa Rican economy, as well as providing thousands of employment opportunities.

Eleven projects -- all of them already financed-- are valued at a total of $1.13 billion and are providing more than 4,000 jobs, La República reports in Spanish.
