Countdown on the economy for Costa Rica's new team

Costa Rica's president-elect, Carlos Alvarado, and his team have less than two months to give a clear indication to the rest of the world that the country's fiscal problems are heading for a solution.

If not, the possibility exists that there will be a severe impact on the interest rates to be paid by the government.
