Crisis costs Nicaragua tourism $400 million

The severe economic and political crisis has faced the tourism center with a brick wall of shortages and violence.
So far the industry says it has registered $400 million in losses so far this year, while any recovery would take three to five years.
But a light at an end of the tunnel has emerged from the intelligence unit of The Economist, which claims that the problems faced by the nation could well persuade President Daniel Ortega to return to talks on a solution too the crisis.
