Crowds cheer as Guatemalan leader resigns

Otto Pérez Molina has resigned president of Guatemala. Since early morning, cheering Guatemalans thronged the capital’s main square.

Pérez quit after a warrant for his arrest on charges of corruption involving a huge Customs fraud.
