Cruise ships bring 149,700 tourists to Panama in the first quarter of this year

Panama welcomed 149,700 visitors from cruise ships during the first quarter of this year, the nation’s tourism authority reported.

The comparable number last year was 132,959 tourists.

Augusto Terracina, manager of the Port of Colón said that the cruise-ship market in Panama has stabilized.
