CSS Corp chooses Costa Rica for regional base

Technology consulting form CSS Corp has chosen Costa Rica to be its first Latin American operation, Costa Rican newspaper La República reported.

The company said one of the main reasons it chose Costa Rica is the country's investment in education.

With the new offices, the company is expected to create about 150 information technology jobs.
