Demand for warehouses in Costa Rica surges

Developers in Costa Rica are moving to the warehouse business, as the country's office sector is currently saturated, Costa Rican daily La República reported.

The office sector is expected to be saturated for at least another 18 months.

The warehouse sector growth is luring investors to the country, and at least four warehouse and office-warehouse projects are planned for next year.
