Domestic trade in Guatemala up 12.9 percent

Guatemala's domestic trade grew 12.9 percent from January to June this year, according to the Tax authority.

Clothes, food and domestic appliances were sectors which showed most growth.

In June alone, domestic trade surpassed the Government's 4.2 percent estimate for the whole six-month period.
