Doubts emerge on Carlos Slim hydro project in Panama

Friday, April 15, 2011

After five years of construction Ideal Panamá, owned by Mexican magnate Carlos Slim, has finally completed the Bajo de Mina hydroelectric plant in Panama.

But doubts are emerging over plans to bring the project on stream in August of this year.
