Doubts over Costa Rican solar initiatives

 

Doubts are being expressed in Costa Rica over the total costs of solar paneles and the energy surpluses that could delay plans for growth in solar systems.

Last week, the final elements of the plans for self-consumption were revealed in the form of tariffs for access and the companies that have to sign with the distributors.
