Dual education is key to boost Costa Rican economy

What is known as dual education -- combining work with study -- is a key element of Costa Rica's economic policy. It aims to revolve the shortage of talent identified by government institutions.

Now two of these institutions are developing a computerized system to match job seekers with potential employers.

The aim is to help bosses to find suitable employees and vice-versa. It should also improve the perception of the OECD, whose recent report raised a red alert on the issues of dual education.
