Duque gets ready to become Colombia’s youngest president

Iván Duque, a former lawyer, is set to lead third largest Latin American country without experience at governing.

For many observers, though, Duque’s rise to within sight of the presidency of Latin America’s third most populous country is incongruous and even slightly alarming given his lack of experience.
