El Salvador launches ambitious plan to teach more English

The creation of much better job opportunities for young people forms part of Fomilenio II, in which the governments of El Salvador and the United States are working together.

Because the lack of English-language skills forms a barrier to better employment for young Salvadorans, a very ambitious program aims to remedy the problem.
