El Salvador receives more remittances

Remittances to El Salvador reached $362 million in April alone, the central reserve bank said.

The figure is higher by $7.4 million compared with April last year.

From January to April, El Salvador has received $1.35 billion in remittances, $79 million more than the same period last year.
