El Salvador's poultry industry recovers lost ground

The poultry industry of El Salvador has recovered the ground it lost following the 2008 international crisis.
This year, growth of 2 percent is forecast for the industry.
Chicken production reached 241 million pounds this year, the first time since the 235 million pounds of 2008 has been exceeded.
