El Salvador's 'small' problem is $1.2 billion

The Finance minister of El Salvador, Carlos Cáceres has recognized that the country has a cash-flow problem.

However, the problem is much bigger than he originally claimed. Instead of $900 million that he claimed earlier, today he said it amounts to $1.2 billion.
