El Salvador seeks Indian investment in public works and port development

El Salvador said it was looking for Indian investment in port and infrastructure development projects.

The Ambassador of El Salvador in India, Ruben Zamora, said the country was developing its port infrastructure through the public-private partnership route.

He said Indian companies were welcome to invest in the sectors in his country. Other sectors where investments are welcome include insurance and pharmaceuticals, he said.
